So I’m trying out Blog Writer on the iPhone… And so far so good. It was easy to select my Wordpress blog and type in my website address. Piece of cake. The software logged in super quick and I’m now typing out a blog piece. I find it totally satisfying when a piece of software is simple to setup and just works. When developers create software like that, I don’t mind upgrading from the free version to the paid version. It isn’t that the ads on this ad supported free version are annoying, but rather a thank you from me to them for creating something that works exactly the way I want it to. Of course, being that this is only my first time using the app on my iPhone, I may find other things with this app that suck… So I’ll keep you posted.

BLOGGING IS TOUGH ON THE IPHONE FOR INSTANCE, ALL MY LETTERS ARE CAPS. MAYBE I NEED A BLOGGING SOFTWARE PROGRAM IN OTDERORDER TO BE ABLE TO BLOG MORE?
THINK Together Coming to the Victor Valley
Super Bowl Sunday! Nice! Anyway, I was told this week that THINK Together folks were meeting with Victor Elementary folks to possibly bring THINK Together to the High Desert. This is incredible news for the kids of Victor Elementary and the other surrounding school districts who may utilize THINK Together’s after school programs. I introduced the CEO of THINK Together to the Superintendent of Victor Elementary about a month ago as I knew these two stellar individuals and stellar organizations could compliment each other very well. We’ll see, but it looks like conversations since their first meeting have continued to progress. I’ll keep you posted.
If you are unfamiliar with THINK Together, they are the leader in Southern California for after school programs. Their success in helping school districts improve test scores and the future of children around L.A. and O.C. has been documented in the L.A. Times, the O.C. Register and on various L.A. TV news channels. And now they are coming to the High Desert! For more info about THINK Together go to their web site at www.thinktogether.org.
